REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any Keybaord.
2.Open Gmail.
3.Input account&password, and go into Verification dialog.
4.Check keyboard UI.
5.Touch 'Pause' key.
6.Touch 'Wait' key.
7.Touch 'N' key.

Actual result: 
4.1 'Pause','Wait','N'keys are too big.
5.1 ',' is submitted.
6.1 ';' is submitted.
7.1 'N' is submitted.

Expected：
4.1 'Pause','Wait','N'keys better not so big.
5.1 There's already a ',' key on the keyboard.
6.1 Better shows ';' directly on the keyboard.
7.1 Not sure if it should be 'Null'.
