HW/setting/voice input icon still displayed for Ja keyboard after A11y/Normal mode switching in log in /lock screen

OS：
70.3505.0 ,10920.0.0 canary-channel bob 
input tools version:
9999.0.20180727.206300127

Steps:
1.Go to log in or lock screen
2.Switch to Ja keyboard, 
3.Switch between A11y and Normal mode

Actual:
Hw/setting/voice input icon still displayed, but they are disabled;

Note:
1.For other keyboard, after switching between A11y / Normal mode, this issue not repro
2.Switch to other keyboard,then switch back to Ja keyboard, it is ok, show back to digital digital  in the first line
