The expanded candidates truncate for Floating keyboard.

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any Floating Keyboard, e.g. US.
2.Type something to make candidates&Down arrow icon display.
3.Click on the Down arrow icon.

Actual result: 
Candidates truncates on the expanded layout.
