Dullingo Android app does not work in splitscreen correctly

Platform: 10888.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn pixelbook to portrait tablet mode
2. place a window in splitscreen on the bottom half
3. place the duolingo android app in the top half

What is the expected behavior?
the windows align precisely with the split slider

What went wrong?
the duolingo window overlaps with the window below

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3494.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 10888.0.0

Din't repro it on caroline (70.0.3517.0)
