Pink background in the application windows

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Launch Google Chrome

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Pink background in the application windows

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.75  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 Driver version: 398.36

This is normal? Then why does disabling hardware acceleration in the settings change this behavior to "normal"?

So on the Windows OS all programs (including the OS itself) ignore color profiles and only one Google Chrome uses them. Strange choice of behavior by default.
