doesn't fill the chrome open screen with the recently viewed website

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I opened frequently with "www.mathrubhumi.com" but not populated with the above website for easy access.

Other websites are okay

Don't know

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.75  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
