1] Component Name: 
Current Component: UI>Shell>TouchView should be renamed to:
UI>Shell>TabletMode(formerly known as TouchView)


2] Parent Component (e.g. Blink, UI>Browser, etc...): 

UI>Shell>

3] Description of Component: all bugs related to touch view in tablet mode

4] Admin/ Owner: omrilio"

5] Please specify what triage practices will be followed for the component
