Views sign-in: back button on Add Person does not return to sign-in screen

OS Version: 10828.0.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From sign-in screen, tap "Add person"
2. Tap "Back"

What is the expected result?
Return to sign-in screen.

What happens instead of that?
Refreshes GAIA UI but does not return to signin.

Working correctly on WebUI signin.

Does hitting escape still get back to the sign in Ui?

It does (not much comfort on a tablet though)

Escape and back should be handed the same way, likely this is already fixed.
