Chrome Version:Canary#70.0.3504.0
OS: MacOS 10.13.6
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa.' in about://flags
(2) Relaunch chrome
(3) Create multiple subfolders (min 10 subfolders one inside other) under one folder or under 'Other bookmarks'
(4) Open any URl in new tab
(5) Bookmark that opened page in the last subfolder of above
Check Bookmarked item below
a. Navigate to bookmark manager
b. Hover on each folder and sub folders on bookmark bar
What is the expected result?
Newly created subfolders should not overlapped with the existing subfolders when user hover on each folder. Hence user should be able to view the existing folder names clearly.
What happens instead?
Observed newly created subfolders are overlapping the existing subfolders when user hover on each folder. Hence user unable to view the existing folder names.
Screencast attached for reference.
Please confirm is this an intended behavior?
Thanks..!

Status: Assigned (was: Untriaged)
Summary: Views menu layout code could choose submenu positions better (was: [Mac views] Saved bookmarks are overlapped with existing bookmarks in bookmarks bar & bookmarks in wrench menu.)
