Reef seems to be unhappy.

Sometimes it fails to provision, which may be due to  crbug.com/868141 

When it does get past that, it fails:

It doesn't always die on the same test, but it seems to die consistently.

Looking at this link it has not succeeded since Monday 23rd:

I suppose this looked like a flake, given that it hasn't been stopping the master-paladin 100% of the time.
