Regression: Videos are not playing in amazon.com

Issue description

Chrome Version: 70.0.3504.0
OS: Win10, MacOS 10.13.6, Debain

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome
(2)Go to amazon.com >> Departments >> Prime video >> All video >>watch any trailer (Url:https://www.amazon.com/gp/video/detail/B00942V3SI/ref=atv_hm_hom_1_c_pmpop_brws_6_2?ie=UTF8&pf_rd_i=home&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=3550419962&pf_rd_r=6PGBPK498S6TYVCC7ZTG&pf_rd_s=center-11&pf_rd_t=12401)
(3)Observe

What is the expected result?
Should be able to watch video

What happens instead?
Video cannot be played message is seen.

This is regression issue broken in M-70

Good:70.0.3502.0
Bad:70.0.3503.0

Bisect script worked on colleagues linux machine. Hence updating the CL.

I am able to reproduce this issue in canary- 70.0.3504.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64.

Please revert ASAP.
If this is related to the Symantec deprecation, this is Working as Intended, and will not be reverted. Amazon is aware, as it is a security issue on their end (using outdated certificates) that are being replaced, as multiple browsers - Safari and Firefox included - move to block these old certificates. You can see this in the DevTools console in versions 65 - 69 warning about this.
