It looks like a cipd error? ________ running 'cipd ensure -log-level error -root C:\b\c\b\Win_Builder_Perf -ensure-file c:\users\chrome~1\appdata\local\temp\tmpvj3qpb.ensure' in '.' Error: failed to parse desired state (line 1): unknown $setting: "$ParanoidMode". Foundation team can you take a look?

After ssh'ing into a bunch of a machines, they seem to be in various states of weirdness, so I've filed Issue 868523 to reimage a bunch of them, which should hopefully help (with the exceptioning builds as well as disconnected builders).

Last 200 builds are green so I'll close this, since the rest is going to be handled via issue 868523. https://build.chromium.org/deprecated/chromium.perf/buildslaves/build66-m1, the host that ran build 30853, is currently offline.
