[📍] Clicking "help" at the top of pinpoint results shows a blank page

repro steps:
1. load https://pinpoint-dot-chromeperf.appspot.com/results2/12d5f08da40000
2. click help
3. see blank page

I was just curious to learn more about the tracing options.

Workaround is to right-click + open link in new tab.

I think this happens when results2 is in an iframe. This should work better when we have web componentized results2.
