Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3504.0 (Official Build) caaa08e92d8d9e71ab033d902165bb9859bb15f2-refs/branch-heads/3504@{#1}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.6, 10.14) and Linux(14.04) Pre-conditions: 1. Enable 'Enable new Print Preview UI' flag under chrome://flags. 2. Set 'Force UI direction' to 'Right-to-left' under chrome://flags. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch Chrome open NTP and give print command using 'Ctrl+P' to open Print Preview overlay. (2) Click on 'Change' button to open 'Select a destination' overlay. (3) Observe the 'Print Destination Manage...' word continuation. Actual : 'Print Destinations Manage...' word continuation is seen misplaced(... Print Destinations Manage). Expected: 'Print Destinations Manage...' word continuation should not be seen misplaced(...Manage Print Destinations). This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-66', and below is per-revision bisect-info: Good Build:66.0.3336.0(Revision:533410) Bad Build: 66.0.3338.0(Revision:534242) You are probably looking for a change made after 534231 (known good), but no later than 534232 (first known bad). Update w.r.t comment#1: As mentioned, checked the above issue on Canary build #70.0.3507.0 on Windows OS, and observed that in real RTL language(Hebrew and Arabic), the above issue does not reproduce. This issue is specific to testing flag(Set 'Force UI direction' to 'Right-to-left' under chrome://flags). Kindly refer the attached screen cast for the same.

Okay. I don't think this is likely to be a real use case (English UI set to use RTL via chrome://flags), so marking as WontFix. Please re-open if you find a way to reproduce in an RTL language or other likely use case. |
