Tab Grid - Incognito - ( + ) - Shows white animation

When opening a new Incognito tab from the Tab Switcher, the animation when exiting the tab grid shows a white snapshot.

FYI, this isn't incognito specific. The same bug exists when creating a New Tab through ( + ) in non-incognito.
