Recent Tabs - Tab Grid - Section Header String Disappears

(1) Go to NTP
(2) Rotate Phone 2x
(3) Enter Tab Grid
(4) Open Existing Tab
(5) Enter Tab Grid
(6) Navigate to Recents in Tab Grid

The string "Recently Closed" disappears at the top of the Recent Tabs.

+edchin because you can see TabGrid rotation issues in the video as well.  I don't think that's the immediate cause of this RecentTabs bug, though.

I'm having a hard time reproing the empty header string (I haven't been able to)

I can repro the TabGrid layout issues when having various tabs open ~10 on iPhoneX on ToT.

Martijn, in which version were you able to repro this?

I just updated Canary and can't seem to repro this again.

There were many changes related to these headers, maybe one of those fixed it. Closing for now but please re-open if it happens again!
