Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create an HTML page 2. Put a video on the page 3. Play the video and hide the controls while the video is playing 4. Go to fullscreen 5. Wait for video to end 6. Press the "Show controls" button 7. Nothing happens What is the expected behavior? The controls should be shown. What went wrong? The controls are not shown. This is the same as bug 860574 , but with proper repro steps, test-case script and a screencast. The issue is not seen in Firefox. Did this work before? Yes 62.0.3202.62 Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: / Contents of chrome://gpu: See the attached gpu.htm file.

I was able to repro on Linux Chrome 69. It only happens when using browser fullscreen.
