ARC++ notification hide scroll bar.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Make android notification and chrome notification
2. check scroll bar.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Android notification hide scroll bar.
(Chrome notification does not hide it)

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: dev
OS Version: 69.0.3497.13
Flash Version: 

Please refer attached screenshot file.
 scroll bar shown above chrome notification "Screenshot taken" 
 However ARC++ notification 'google play' hide it.
