History - Focus Search and Rotate Phone - Incorrect Cell offset iPhone

(1) Enter Landscape iPhone
(2) Focus History Search
(3) Rotate to Portrait
Cell now have an incorrect offset (see video) 

(4) Still in Portrait, hit Search Cancel
The "Your Google Account may have other..." string is now slightly clipped from the bottom.

According to the new guidelines we should try to get this fixed for M70.

Martijn: I can't repro this on the latest Canary on an iPhoneX on iOS12. Can you still reproduce constantly?
