Steps to reproduce the problem:
This is easiest way to reproduce this
1. Run Google play
2. Install any app
3. When 'xxx app installed' pop-up is shown, press or touch left-upper corner of google play

(Also you can try any android app that make pop-up)

What is the expected behavior?
Google play apps should be pressed not pop-up.
(Because touch point is left-upper side of google play and pop-up is located in right-bottom side)

What went wrong?
pop-up message is pressed.

This issue seem to be occurred from R64.
And i can still reproduce this issue in R68.
