The Picture in Picture mode works wrong

Reported by dangngoc...@gmail.com, Jul 27

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install YouTube Video Effects extension
2. Open YouTube
3. Press Alt+P to launch video in Picture in Picture.

What is the expected behavior?
Video will launch in the Picture in Picture mode.

What went wrong?
Sometime, browser suddenly closed.

WebStore page: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/youtube-video-effects/jdjldbengpgdcfkljfdmakdgmfpneldd

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.75  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

The picture in picture feature released from Chrome 68 stable, so it never worked before. I used related APIs to call PinP:
if(document.pictureInPictureEnabled){
	video = document.querySelector('video');
	video.requestPictureInPicture();
}
I already enable some option in Chrome flags (see screenshot). The Picture in Picture mode work, just sometime the browser closed. This usually happen at the first time launch chrome.

Yes, I test again and again, and the issue didn't happen. Maybe, in previous test, I run many programs and not enough memory, so Chrome auto-closed.
