[CRD iOS] Remove mobile data usage warning

Many people complains about mobile data usage being too annoying. As discussed previously, people who really care about data usage can limit the app from using mobile data, so we can remove the warning dialog for now and see if we get any complains.

[CRD iOS] Remove mobile data warning

As discussed previously, people who care about mobile data usage can
limit mobile data usage from the app, so we can remove the warning
dialog for now and see if there is any feedback lamenting its loss.
