Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Set DevTools to dark theme 2. Open "Performance Monitor" drawer (not "Performance" panel) 3. Observe "JS heap size" number color What is the expected behavior? Color should be easily readable What went wrong? Color is too dark to see on a majority of monitors, and contrast is very low on all monitors. Numbers for "Documents", "Layouts / sec", and "Style recalcs / sec" are also difficult to see. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3440.75 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 68.0.3440.75 and on latest chrome# 70.0.3503.0 using Mac 10.12.6, Windows-10 and Ubuntu 16.04 with steps mentioned in comment# 0. As this issue is seen from M-64 from the introduction of Performance monitor in Devtools, hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!
