Deploy more experimental macOS bots on chromium.gpu.fyi waterfall

Project Member Reported by kbr@chromium.org, Jul 26

Issue description

Currently there are three "experimental" macOS bots on the chromium.gpu.fyi waterfall which are designed to test the next OS release coming from Apple.

https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Mac%20FYI%20Experimental%20Release%20(Intel)
https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Mac%20FYI%20Experimental%20Retina%20Release%20(AMD)
https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Mac%20FYI%20Experimental%20Retina%20Release%20(NVIDIA)

It turns out that in order to do responsible OS upgrades, these bots are needed to test just the next dot-release of the OS and not just the next major OS release.

We should spin up three new bots called "Next Exp" -- "Next Experimental" -- which are intended to test the next major OS release.

The instructions for doing so are here:
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/HEAD/docs/gpu/gpu_testing_bot_details.md#How-to-add-a-new-tester-bot-to-the-chromium_gpu_fyi-waterfall

An example bug similar to this one which shows the kinds of Labs tickets that need to be filed for this request is Issue 856799.

Note that these new "Next Exp" bots should be set up to run the macOS 10.14 public beta.

This bug has an owner, thus, it's been triaged. Changing status to "assigned".

Any progress on this? We need to start testing the 10.14 betas urgently, in order to figure out whether there have been fixes, or regressions, to the OpenGL driver. Raising to P1.

Sorry that I missed this bug, which I just noticed on Friday.
I am looking into now and will give an update soon.

I will be OOO for 2 weeks, so I am assigning this to Brian first in case bug 863017 is resolved when I am gone.

Reassigning to Clifford now that he's back in the office.

This was fixed in Issue 871872 by Brian so reassigning and closing. The 10.14 beta image seems fixed per Issue 863017, so turning around the blocking/blocked-on relationship.
