On Mac, Shift + Command + f doesn't exit fullscreen mode when casting to local screens

Project Member Reported by dbbrooks@chromium.org, Jul 26

Issue description

Chrome Version:69.0.3497.12
OS: 10.13.6
MR: 6918.723.0.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Connect a 2nd monitor, and extend the display.
(2) Open https://googlechromelabs.github.io/presentation-api-samples/photowall/ and click on the Cast icon, and select Screen 2
(3) Move mouse over to the extended desktop and click on the presented content.
(4) Press Shift + Command + f.

What is the expected result? exit fullscreen mode.

What happens instead? Nothing.

My hunch is that this might be a result of upgrading the OS from OSX 10.10 to 10.13 which I just did.

Note that a full-screened Chrome window on the same ma.chine, that is not being Cast, does respond to Shift + Command + f

Flagging for triage to discuss priority.

Given that you can exit fullscreen if you stop casting, p3 seems appropriate.

This is working now (ctrl + cmd + f)
Chrome 73.0.3660.0
Marking as obsolete. Will re-open if it resurfaces.
