Can't save images from the web

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3503.1 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Find an image on the web
2. Right click to "Save Image As"

What is the expected behavior?
Save image as intended file type from the web

What went wrong?
Windows throws an error saying "The file name is not valid"

Did this work before? Yes 69

Chrome version: 70.0.3503.1  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0

Thanks for filing the issue!

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3503.1 using Windows 10 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched chrome
2. Right clicked on a random image on web
3. Clicked ""Save Image As"" -> Save
Image saved successfully with out any issues. 

@Reporter: Could you please let us know if this issue is seen on every image on web or any specific site, any further inputs from your end helps us to triage the issue further in a better way.
This error occurs for me on all web pages, and for all images. I've tried several different sites like Google Image, Unsplash, and social media sites as well and always gives the same error.

I will also try uninstalling/re-installing Canary.

I did an uninstall/re-install and it seems to have fixed the issue.

I reinstalled to this version: Version 70.0.3504.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

One thing to note is that this issue started occurring after an update to Canary.

@Reporter: From comment#5 clean installation (i.e., uninstall/re-install) of chrome has fixed the issue, Could you please let us know if we can close this issue.
