legoland build view should show more builds

This view only shows a small number of builds, from about a week:

When I click 'Older history' I see some older things, but it is on a new page and the original builds are gone. This makes it hard to see patterns.

There is no indication of what page I am on, and the URL is no help.

Can this be changed to show more builds when requested? What component should this be in?

You can already see this by clicking on "Builder History" in any of that builder's builds. That takes you to Milo which has the view that you're looking for. For example: https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromeos/auron_yuna-paladin/

UI feature requests are filed in https://b.corp.google.com/issues?q=status:open%20componentid:441797&s=created_time:desc which is where new ideas are incorporated for the UI rework that's currently in progress. Based on the current prototypes, this won't continue to be a problem, though, so I wouldn't file anything.
