Issue descriptionFor kefka-release I see: Failure Success Failure https://screenshot.googleplex.com/0n6MegAAw4f When I click on the builder I see all failures: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/MBpWuryC33c I cannot relate the builds in this view to the ones in the main view. I cannot see the 'success' build which was supposed to start at 2018-07-25 22:16 https://cros-goldeneye.corp.google.com/chromeos/healthmonitoring/buildDetails?buildbucketId=8939964787980598640 There does not seem to be a build number which would help in figuring this out. The URLs at the top are no help, just a buildbucketid which message almost nothing, I think. What am I missing?

We don't have build numbers for buildbucket/swarming jobs: b/78123581

What's the reason that we have a job rendering as successful in the first place? I don't see any recent successful run.

If this is a private feature inaccessible outside Google, and should have a private bug, OK. Otherwise let's have a public bug.
