Why this is disabled for my device? I am unable to enable it because no option available to enable this service

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Device name: Motorola G 5 s plus
Android version: 7.1.1
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps ->67.0.3396.87
 Android System WebView): web contents for apps powered by chrome

This service is disabled and there is no option to enable it. Kindly do resolve this issue asap.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
The WebView implementation is provided by Chrome, please update Chrome.
