Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Attach an Android device via USB. Make sure USB debugging is enabled. 2. On the device, open Chrome and go to a web site (ex, google.com) 2. On the pc, go to chrome://inspect/#devices 3. Click "Inspect" under Google (screenshot1) What is the expected behavior? I expect a new window with Chrome's dev tools so I can inspect the site running on my phone. What went wrong? I get a 404 (screenshot2) Did this work before? Yes 67 Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3440.75 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I tried clearing app data. Problem remains. I then tried the same on a Pixel C that runs Chrome 67. It works. This makes me believe it's a Chrome 68 for Android problem: Pixel 2016, Chrome 68 > Windows Chrome 68: doesn't work Pixel 2016, Chrome 68 > Mac Chrome 68: doesn't work Pixel C, Chrome 67 > Mac Chrome 68: does work Pixel 2016 is running Chrome 68.0.3440.70
