When the stream is first torn down in the renderer, the browser fails to read from the sync socket. This is logged as a glitch: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/services/audio/sync_reader.cc?l=268. The stat should be changed to ignore glitches during teardown. (We may want to log "failed to read from socket" separately).
