Pre-Condiiton: Enable 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa' flag from chrome://flags and relaunch the browser.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open New incognito window and bookmark page into 'Other bookmarks' 
(2) Click on 'Other bookmarks' and hover mouse on link.
(3) Observe highlight on it.

Actual: Focus highlight goes out of the border of bookmarked link box.

Expected: Focus highlight should seen properly.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M69', below is bisect info:

Good Build:69.0.3489.0(Revision: 574446)
Bad Build:69.0.3491.0(Revision:575129)

You are probably looking for a change made after 574749 (known good), but no later than 574750 (first known bad).

Note: Above issue is not seen on Win(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS.
