What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >> Go to OOBE/Ubertray 
(2)Open any sections like Network/Bluetooth,Accessibility and observe the font of section name

Actual: Section name fonts are seen big & Bold in Ubertray 
Expected:Section name fonts should be seen as Regular in Ubertray 

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3493.0/10887.0.0 dev
