This is not reproducible with the IME built at HEAD (screenshot attached). It appears to have already been fixed. Thus closing this as "won't fix".

The above issue seems to be fixed.. but similar issue is again seen in Hand writing input overlay of VK floating mode. Hence, reopening the issue for confirmation. Thanks!

Yes, I can repro that the Enter key is "chopped" a bit, but on the left side (not the top), when in the floating Handwriting VK. Will send out a fix shortly.

The issue highlighted in comment 6 has now been fixed in the IME. It may take a while for the fix to land. Please verify in about a week's time. Thanks.
