Non-Regression: Wallpaper trace is seen on virtual keyboard in docked mode

Chrome Version:69.0.3497.14/10895.5.0 dev channel Daisy,Celes,Kip
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>Launch chrome,Open NTP
(2)Enable the new UI virtual keyboard in docked mode and observe

Actual: Wallpaper trace is seen on virtual keyboard
Expected: Wallpaper trace shouldn't be seen on virtual keyboard

Raising this as a Non-Regression issue as it is a new UI of virtual keyboard
