"virtual/user-activation-v2/fast/events/middleClickAutoscroll-nested-divs-forbidden.html" is flaky.

I believe this test is owned by input (originally written by sunyunjia@ when they were on input team); nzolghadr@ can you take a look and triage please?

I'm not sure why this test would suddenly flake yesterday, but the general flakiness dashboard for it is also suspicious (https://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#testType=webkit_layout_tests&tests=virtual/user-activation-v2/fast/events/middleClickAutoscroll-nested-divs-forbidden.html, no results until 3:30pm yesterday?)
