Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3503.0 (Official Build) Revision 133bb5b6c29cddabaa398c300034afb3c701de2a-refs/branch-heads/3503@{#1}(32/64 bit) OS: Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14), Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04) OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch Chrome, navigate to www.gmail.com. (2) Sign in with valid credentials and save password by clicking on 'Save' button of password bubble. (3) Click on the user profile icon and click 'Add account' button. (4) Username/email id is seen auto filled in Sign in overlay , now observe the cursor position. Actual Result : Cursor position is seen at the beginning of the email text field. Expected Result: Cursor should be seen at the end of the email text field. This is regression issue broken in ‘M-65’ and providing the bisect using per-revision bisect, Good build: 65.0.3318.0(Revision: 528542) Bad build : 65.0.3319.0(Revision: 528844) You are probably looking for a change made after 528715 (known good), but no later than 528716 (first known bad).
