We should hide the scheme and trivial (www., m.) subdomains in the Svelte tab switcher to be friendlier and match our policy in the omnibox and history UIs.

We should try to extract the minimal logic in toolbar_model_impl.cc (GetURLForDisplay) to be shareable in other parts of our UI.
I assume this should be gated on the trivial subdomain trimming experiment as well? Or are we admitting success on that and can do it without making this conditional?
