Chrome version : 70.0.3502.0 (Official Build)  bd32163382ec789e29eeceaf695587d76d77eb36-refs/branch-heads/3502@{#1} (64 bit)

OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.6 , 10.14) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

Precondition: Sign into gmail account with valid credentials and save password.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to 'chrome://settings/passwords'.
2. Click on 'eye icon'(such that windows security overlay appears ) and enter valid password.
3. Now press 'shift + tab' key (such that password get selected) and again press tab key until focus reaches to 'secure chip'.
4.Observe .

Actual  : Unwanted selection of Password is seen on pressing tab on 'chrome://settings/passwords'
Expected: Password should not be selected, on pressing tab on 'chrome://settings/passwords'

This is Non-Regression issue seen from ‘M-62’  as show password icon(i.e eye icon) introduced from   build #62.0.3175.0
