REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Google Japanese Input(for Japanese keyboard).
2.Switch to ~[< layout.
3.Type any key.


Actual result: 
No any response.

Note:
Tried not repro for Japanese and Google Japanese Input(for US keyboard).
