"Provisional headers are shown" alway exist after server response

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to http://zhaoyuxiang.cn/blog
2. click "博客" on the top
3. see network panel

What is the expected behavior?
Does not show "Provisional headers are shown" after server response

What went wrong?
"Provisional headers are shown" still exist after server response

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.13.4

Can't reproduce this -- there's no network activity when I click 博客 and the link there points to the same site (https://zhaoyuxiang.cn/blog)
