Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Go to any site Google.com
3. Send the app to background.
4. Launch chrome in slide over mode.
5. Tap on share icon.
6. Send the app to background.
7. Launch chrome in normal mode.

Observed results: 
Black screen is displayed for a second

Note in M70 the app crashes.

Expected results: 
Black screen should not be displayed
