What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://www.claimlookup.com/Voe/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F
(2) Try to log in, it says Password has expired
(3) Click in the "New Password" box, Chrome doesn't offer to generate a password
(4) Right click, Generate password..., click the suggested password

What is the expected result?
It puts the generated password in both the "New Password" and "Retype New Password" fields

What happens instead?
It puts it only in the "Retype New Password" field, with the "New Password" field being empty.  There's no way to use the same password in both boxes.
