RFE: dismiss bookmarks "undo delete" with keyboard

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to the bookmarks manager
2. Select a bookmark
3. Press the "Delete" key.

What is the expected behavior?
I can somehow use the keyboard to dismiss the "undo delete" bubble.

What went wrong?
I either have to move my hand from the keyboard to mouse to dismiss it, or wait for the bubble to time out.

Did this work before? No
