Deprecate/shutdown newbie

We're not really using it since betty and novato cover our needs. We have no plans to create a -arcnext version, and newbie sometimes runs into specific bugs, e.g.  Issue 865208 .

It sounds like it's not worth supporting it, I think we should EOL it. Anybody against?

There are still some places we "mentioned" newbie and I think it won't be a big issue if we just leave them there, like this:
