Window decorations are not restored after returning from full screen.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10575.58.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10575.58.0 (Official Build) stable-channel samus Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open file app in windowed mode 2. make it full screen by pressing f4 3. press f4 again to leave full screen What is the expected behavior? window decorations should be restored What went wrong? window decorations are not restored Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99 Channel: stable OS Version: 10575.58.0 Flash Version: screencast of this behavior: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25lgdxj4gAA if you go to resize the window, the decorations pop back in.

forgot to mention, too, that pressing alt-tab also restores the window decorations.

this behavior does *not* happen with web browser windows, for what it's worth, as shown at the start of the video above.

what is mosh chrome? The screenshot of the link in #1 looks correct to me. I can't play the video in the initial report.

https://youtu.be/25lgdxj4gAA sorry it was set to private, thought it was only unlisted. try now. file app exhibits the same behavior, as shown in the screen recording. mosh chrome is a chrome app for mosh built on hterm. mosh is a mobile shell, similar to ssh: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mosh_(software)
