Select-to-speak doesn't support two finger tap for stopping speech

When ChromeVox is used in tablet mode, you can stop speech using a two finger tap. I'd like to see Select To Speech support this, too. I know that you can stop speech by tapping on the icon in the shelf but it would be nice to have a way to stop speech without having to take your eyes off the part of the screen that is being read.
