3] Description of Component: The New Tab Page feature that helps users explore the web by providing a set of curated sites.

4] Admin/ Owner: dewittj@,dimich@

5] Please specify what triage practices will be followed for the component
(i.e. what team will do it and how frequently).

Weekly triage rotation of all Untriaged,Unconfirmed bugs.
