Local DB: Ignore title/favicon events happening at load time and audio starting early in background |

Issue descriptionSome websites (like cs.chromium.org) tends to update their title/favicon several time during loading and right after being fully loaded, these events shouldn't be stored in the local database as they are not an attempt to communicate with the user.
