There is something unusual about this Google Assistant prompt. I loaded up chrome://inspect/#extensions and look at the Console to try to track this bug. Putting the focus off of this Google Assistant prompt and back on it prevented this error from happening. (Therefore I don't have a log of what was happening.) This prompt is very intrusive and prevented me from using arrow keys on other applications after I used alt tab to switch to them. I was unable to navigate around the Dev Tools inspection window without ChromeVox since arrow keys weren't working. The Google Assistant prompt is not listed as an application in the app switcher screen.

Tried again, loading Dev Tools causes the bug to no longer reproduce.

This happens on Eve in 67.0.3396.99 (Official build)(64-bit) The dialog is visually different but the same bug occurs.

I would actually like to see this repro'ed on latest canary. Assistant went through a major re-write recently, so this may have changed (the out of box flow might or might not). Thanks! |
